This casting is an enhanced version of the original DMC DeLorean casting, featuring better proportions and other minor changes; it is based on Manson Cheung's own DeLorean DMC-12, with it largely being based off and worked off the original DeLorean cast that he did but modified to more look like his own car. The casting most notably features opening doors. Manson posted the following on a DeLorean enthusiast website:
