The Ferrari 612P was a purpose-built Group 7 prototype produced and raced by Ferrari specifically for the Canadian-American Challenge Cup, or Can-Am. Using a 6.2L V12, the 612P was raced from 1968 to 1970 with mixed success. Converted from a Ferrari 512S, the car was usually driven by New Zealand racing driver Chris Amon.
