The Fiat Ritmo (lit. "rhythm") is a small family car manufactured by Fiat from 1978 to 1988. Designed by Pierangelo Andreani and Sergio Sartorelli, the Ritmo was produced at three different plants in Italy, Spain and Egypt. The car was marketed as a SEAT in Spain and as a Nasr in Egypt; it was renamed the Strada (lit. "road") in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada as it was thought that "Ritmo" would be too hard for the general public in those regions to pronounce. Production ended in 1988 with 1,790,000…
