The Ford GT40 Mk II is the second iteration of the Ford GT40 racing sports car manufactured in 1966. Designed by Ron Bradshaw and Roy Lunn, the GT40 Mk II was modified from the original Mk I by Holman Moody ad Shelby American, mainly to allow it to use a 7.0L FE V8; development of the GT40 Mk II was overseen by Kar Kraft.
