This is a heavily-altered version of Formula Fever featuring a higher set wing and other changes to make it more in line with that of a 1990s IndyCar or CART car. Three versions from the 1992 Pro Circuit series were planned but are unknown if they were ever released. They were themed in Pennzoil, Truesports and Rahal liveries.
